Always looking ahead

Nowadays technological progress and the digital world embody an opportunity for boundless dissemination and knowledge, allowing millions of people to become part of a new world in which a virtual experience provides support to the real one and allows people to become leading players in the field they are passionate about. If one considers sport’s cultural and social importance, as well as its educational value, one understands how the merging on the real and digital worlds allow one’s passion to be fuelled as well as creating new alliances and perhaps even the achievement of unexpected results. In all this, equestrian sports play an exclusive inimitable role thanks to the presence of horses. Horses exalt all sport’s educational, cultural, ethical and emotional aspects. It therefore becomes a mission to introduce to the extraordinary world of horses all the young, the very young, as well as all those with a passion for them and also those who still do not have one.

A game leading to reality

It is therefore from the merging of these two worlds and the intention to involve new generations in the unique world of horses that the Scuderia 1918 Community was born, a real and proper fan club for horse lovers, the first equestrian Metaverse created in cooperation with The Nemesis, a virtual platform that is revolutionising the world of digital entertainment. The Metaverse, increasingly considered the normal evolution of the internet, consists of a network of synergistic and immersive worlds in which an unlimited number of avatars can interact, learn, shop and participate in various activities. In short it consists in the internet’s ‘gamification, a place where people can play an active role by interacting through gaming.

The Metaverse is therefore an interactive world, a world one can become immersed in and where it is possible to ride, look after one’s horse, ensure it has the best possible facilities and equipment for all its needs, choosing the most suitable rider to entrust it to for its training.

It is a virtual world consisting of Lands considered as proper real estate investments and the creation of NFTs that can increase in value day by day; a parallel universe in which the players can make money through ‘play to earn’ mechanisms thereby creating a virtual economy. It is a game that immerses one in the world of horses at 360° and is available to everyone, an additional motivation for those already part of it and an opportunity for those who are not yet familiar with it.

But there is more. The additional innovation is that of moving beyond the gaming aspects and ensuring that the Metaverse of the world of horses can also become a financial infrastructure for equestrian sports, through possible ways in which horses and riders acquire value within the Metaverse, a value that is then transferred to the real world. It is an opportunity to open the gates of equestrian sports and make them accessible by exploiting the potential provided by the digital world. A chance to make dreams come true.
